Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
Orders placed for private label products, customized packaging, OEM manufacturing, or bulk business purchases cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, as these products are manufactured specifically for the customer.
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number, registered email address, and reason for cancellation. Our team will verify the order status and inform you whether cancellation is possible.
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible payment made online will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before shipment will simply be cancelled without any refund process, as no payment has been collected.
If your order has not yet been processed, you may request changes such as quantity, shipping details, or product replacement instead of cancellation. Approval depends on the current processing stage.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded.
Cancellation or delays resulting from natural disasters, government regulations, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control shall not make the company liable for any damages or compensation.
